Eric Molin

Eric Molin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Eric started their career at Ohio Air National Guard as an Information Manager from 2000 to 2006. Eric then worked at Fifth Third Bank, where they participated in the IT Leadership Program and held roles as a Senior Applications Developer and a Mortgage Loan Specialist. At Fifth Third Bank, they developed Business Intelligence solutions, led projects, and improved mortgage loan servicing efficiency from 1999 to 2007. Eric also worked at AT&T as a Student Manager in the Finance Leadership Program, where they developed financial cost models and collaborated with cross-organizational teams.

Afterwards, Eric Molin pursued a Master's degree and worked as an MBA Intern at athenahealth, focusing on financial modeling and investment decision-making. Eric joined athenahealth full-time as a Manager, and then as a Sr. Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis. At athenahealth, Eric led various financial reporting initiatives, implemented financial planning applications, and managed a team responsible for internal financial reporting.

Eric Molin then gained experience at Salesforce as a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. In this role, they led a team of financial and system analysts, forecasted revenue streams, and served as a business partner for all general and administrative functions.

Most recently, Eric Molin worked at Selecta as the Head of FP&A / Business Control, overseeing financial planning and analysis activities. Eric has now joined Medius as the Vice President and Head of Group FP&A.

Eric Molin obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Systems and International Business from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2001 to 2004. Eric furthered their education at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, where they pursued an MS-MBA degree in Finance from 2007 to 2009.
