Helena Schill

VP Customer Support at Medius

Helena Schill has diverse work experience in various industries. Helena started their career as a Service Trainee at the Dolder Grand Hotel and subsequently worked at the Kingfisher Bay Resort & Village as a Receptionist. Helena then joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts as a Sales Coordinator before transitioning to the Eurotel/IHTTI School of Hotel Management as Head Housekeeper, Housekeeping Lecturer, and Assistant Hotel Manager.

In 2001, Helena joined Autodesk and held several roles including Regional Support Manager, Training & Process Manager, and Process Manager. Helena then worked as a Customer Service Manager and Recruiter at PackImpex Ltd. before becoming an Account Manager at Octopus Training Group.

Currently, Helena is employed at Medius, where they have held the positions of Customer Support Manager, Global Director of Customer Support, and currently serves as the VP of Customer Support. Throughout their career, Helena has gained extensive experience in customer support, account management, recruitment, and process management.

Helena Schill completed a BA in International Hotel & Tourism Management at Bournemouth University. Helena also studied International Business Management at IHTTI School of Hotel Management.
