Chris Sioukas

Chris Sioukas has extensive experience in legal and corporate operations, currently serving as the General Counsel for Medix since March 2002, responsible for overseeing legal operations encompassing corporate governance, risk management, and various contractual and compliance matters. Previously, Chris held the position of Director of Finance and Corporate Operations at Medix, where corporate functions including finance, human resources, and vendor management were managed during the organization's early stages. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at Sioukas Investments, overseeing commercial real estate projects, and as an Associate Attorney at Weintraub Tobin, where representation of small to medium-sized businesses occurred. Chris's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, a Juris Doctor and an MBA from Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
