Joel Gurtman

Joel Gurtman is an experienced professional in corporate real estate, currently serving as the Director of Global Real Estate at Medline Industries, LP since January 2023. Prior to this role, Joel held the position of Senior Manager Corporate Real Estate at Baxter International Inc. from November 2021 to January 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Corporate Real Estate Manager at Morningstar and various roles at GGP, including Senior Leasing Representative and Manager of Portfolio Review. Earlier in his career, Joel worked as a Development Associate at ECD Company. Joel Gurtman earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in January 2008.
