Linda Chen

Linda Chen was named market president for the south market in April 2022. In this role, she is responsible for leading a comprehensive business and growth strategy for the south market, providing the vision, goals, and direction related to organization dynamics, financial performance, operational efficiency, physician and hospital contracting, safety advocacy, optimal delivery of Pediatrix shared services and practice operations for Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Chen was the market director for Central/North Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi.

Ms. Chen’s health care experience has centered around pediatrics, having served as COO and president for two different health systems in Florida and Washington state. She is known for creating programs of distinction, elevating performance in quality and consumer experience, and developing a highly engaged team. Ms. Chen is a relationship-oriented leader committed to delivering high-quality care for the communities they serve.
