Jnina Miller

Jnina Miller has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jnina started their career in 2000 as an Accounts Payable Clerk at Bay City Electric Works and worked there until 2003. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as an Estimating Assistant at Hazard Construction Company, where they performed various administrative tasks and assisted with data entry.

In 2007, Jnina joined SeQual Technologies Inc as an Accounts Receivable / Credit & Collections Representative. During their tenure, they maintained aging reports, communicated with customers regarding past due invoices, processed financial transactions, and collaborated with a collection agency on overdue invoices.

In 2012, they joined MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. as an Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst I. Jnina worked there until 2013 and was responsible for analyzing and processing billing information.

Later in 2013, Jnina started working at Vericare as a Patient Referral Specialist. Jnina then transitioned to the role of RCM Supervisor, where they served as a supervisor for Region I under the direct supervision of the EVP, Revenue & Systems. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Team Supervisor, overseeing a team and ensuring smooth operations.

Most recently, Jnina joined MedOptions in 2017 as a Team Lead Intake Specialist.

Throughout their career, Jnina has gained experience in various areas such as billing, collections, administrative support, and team supervision.

Jnina Miller earned a High School Diploma from West Hills High School. Jnina attended the school from 1994 to 1998, completing their secondary education.
