Richard C. Nankee

Richard C. Nankee has extensive work experience in finance and consulting roles within the healthcare industry. Richard C. currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at AccordCare, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, Richard held the role of Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at MedOptions from October 2017.

In 2015, Richard founded their own healthcare consulting company, RCN Healthcare Consulting, where they worked as the Principal. The company specialized in mergers and acquisitions, integration, revenue cycle, and interim management for private equity-backed healthcare post-acute acquisitions.

Before starting their own consulting firm, Richard held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Community Health Services, Inc from November 2015 to October 2017. Richard C. also served as the Vice President of Finance for Post Acute Services at Hartford HealthCare from November 2014 to August 2015.

Prior to joining Hartford HealthCare, Richard worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Hartford Healthcare @Home from September 2010 to November 2014. Before that, they served as the Director of Finance for the Northeast Region at Gentiva from November 2007 to September 2010.

Richard's earlier career includes a role as a Controller at United Technologies Corp - Pratt & Whitney from January 1999 to November 2007. Richard C. also worked in finance at Aetna from 1993 to 1997.

Richard C. Nankee completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University between 1991 and 1994. Following this, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, from 2002 to 2004.
