Eric Knoch

Eric Knoch has extensive work experience in various companies. Since March 2021, they have been working as a Principal Validation Engineer at Medpace, where they manage a team of 7+ Validation Engineers and mentors and coaches team members in all aspects of validation testing. Prior to that, from May 2016 to November 2020, they worked at Fifth Third Bank as an OFFICER | Lead Software Engineer QA, where they managed multiple onshore and offshore QA contractors and supervised QA activities for the rewrite of the teller system called ACE Pro. From 1985 to 2016, they worked at CBIS/Convergys/NetCracker Technology as a Consultant, Technical, with a focus on QA. In this role, they served as a QA Team Lead for a geographically dispersed team, supporting large scale custom billing implementations for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients in the U.S. and India.

Eric Knoch received a BS/CIS degree with a focus on Computer Science from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as API test automation, advanced Selenium automation frameworks, agile project management, cloud computing, and test automation engineering. These certifications were obtained through LinkedIn Learning in 2020 and 2021.
