Swapnil Pandey

Swapnil Pandey is an experienced professional in clinical trial management and development, currently serving as Executive Director of Clinical Trial Management at Medpace since February 2025. Prior to this role, Swapnil held various senior leadership positions at Syneos Health, including Executive Director of Clinical Development for Oncology and Hematology and Senior Director of Clinical Development from April 2020 to February 2025. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Director of Project Management and Project Director at INC Research, where Swapnil worked from 2005 to 2017, and as Assistant Manager in the Design Department at Danieli from 2000 to 2002. Swapnil holds a Master of Science in Clinical Research and Drug Development and a Master of Science in Applied Industrial Statistics from the University of Cincinnati, as well as a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University.
