Jen Fogleson

Jen Fogleson is an experienced Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) who has been contributing to the Duke University Health System since March 2015. In addition, Jen has worked for MedPartners HIM since January 2013, and held a position at himagine solutions inc. for a brief period in late 2014. From April 2013 to May 2014, Jen served as the President of the Minnesota Cancer Registrars Association. Previous experience includes working as a CTR at North Memorial Health Care from August 2007 to August 2012. Jen holds an Associate of Science degree in Certified Tumor Registry from Minnesota State Tech and Community College, an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from North Hennepin Community College, and a Certificate as a Certified Nursing Assistant from Hennepin Technical College. Educational background also includes attendance at Buffalo Senior High.
