Vrinda B. has an extensive work experience in the field of research and development in various companies. Vrinda is currently the Head of Research and Development at MedPlus Health Services Limited. Prior to that, they worked as a Head of Research and Development and a Freelance Consultant at thewiki, a cosmetics and consultancy company. Vrinda also served as a Senior Research & Development Executive at USTRAA : Grooming For Men and worked in product development at Lykis Ltd.

Vrinda B. has pursued their education in the field of Cosmetology. Vrinda obtained their Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Sciences from Somalwar Academy Education Society, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Following their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education and attained a Master's degree in Technology (MTech) with a specialization in Cosmetology from L.A.D. College Nagpur, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.
