Paul LeCoque has a diverse work experience in various HRIS and HR-related roles. Paul began their career at SUPERVALU, where they worked as a Human Resource Specialist, responsible for recruiting, hiring, and conducting orientations for new employees. Paul also trained and certified associates in OSHA certifications.

After SUPERVALU, Paul joined American Electric Power as a Customers Solutions Associate/Network Mechanic, where they handled customer inquiries and resolved technical, billing, and troubleshooting issues.

Paul then moved on to L3Harris Technologies, where they worked as an HRIS Analyst. Paul'sresponsibilities included maintaining and troubleshooting personnel transactions in the Workday HCM system, reconciling differences between Workday and ADP payroll systems, and updating the HR database.

Following their time at L3Harris Technologies, Paul joined Vera Bradley as an HRIS Analyst - Systems Analyst. Here, they assisted end users with HRIS issues, collaborated with stakeholders on HRIS requirements, and created custom reports from the Workday HR system.

Currently, Paul is working as a Senior HRIS Analyst at MedPro Group. In this role, they serve as a system administrator for ADP Workforce Now and Cornerstone On-Demand systems, assists end users with system issues, and completes compliance audits and report requests across multiple platforms.

Paul LeCoque holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Purdue University Fort Wayne. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in "What is Graphic Design?" from LinkedIn in September 2019 and a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification in June 2013.
