Victor Freeman

Victor Freeman, MD, MPP, CHCQM is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in clinical documentation integrity and health information technology. Currently serving as a Physician Reviewer at MedReview Inc., Victor Freeman also holds significant volunteer roles, including Board Member of the Medicaid Pharmacy Committee and Board Vice-Chair of the DC Health Information Exchange. Prior to this, Victor Freeman was the System Medical Director for Clinical Documentation Integrity at MedStar Health and the National Medical Director for Clinical Documentation Integrity at Nuance Communications. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from Stanford University School of Medicine and a Graduate Certificate in Health Information Technology from The George Washington University.
