Chris Dixon has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Chris started their career in 2008 as an Admin Support/Repair Coordinator at Looking Glass Photo, where they sold camera equipment, handled shipping and repairs, and maintained customer communication.
From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an Administrative Support/Trade Settler at Buena Vista Fund Management, LLC, where they liaised between trade settlement teams and traders, managed accounts receivable, and maintained Quickbooks.
Chris then transitioned to the Habeas Corpus Resource Center, working as an Administrative Coordinator from 2012 to 2014. In this role, Chris processed travel expense claims, coordinated meetings, and managed position interviews.
At Golden Gate University, Chris worked as a Proctor from 2015 to 2018, assisting with exam administration.
In 2014, Chris returned to the Habeas Corpus Resource Center as an Administrative Coordinator II. Chris coordinated administrative processes, managed trial and appellate records, and reviewed employee travel expense claims.
Since 2018, Chris has been with Medrio, initially working as an HR and Office Operations Associate. Chris assisted with recruitments, improved the recruiting process, ensured a smooth onboarding experience, and maintained office cleanliness and organization. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Human Resources Generalist at Medrio, responsible for recruitment coordination, HR system management, benefits administration, and general HR support.
Chris Dixon attended Berkeley City College from 2008 to 2009, where they studied General Education. They also attended Vista Community College from 2004 to 2005, majoring in General. In addition to their education, Chris obtained certifications in Everything DiSC® Certification and Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist in 2023 and 2016 respectively.
