Clinical Programmer at Medrio

Jason Xu's work experience begins in 2014 as a Technologist at Therapure Biopharma Inc, where they worked until 2017. Jason then moved on to Sanofi Pasteur in 2019, working as a Technical Writer & System Admin until 2020. In the same year, they joined Pharma Medica Research Inc. as a Report Writer, before transitioning to Everest Clinical Research as a Statistical Programmer from October 2020 to July 2022. Currently, Jason is employed at Medrio as a Clinical Programmer, starting in July 2022.

Jason Xu completed their education in a chronological order. Jason obtained a Master's Degree in clinical trial from the University of Toronto Mississauga from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry from Queen's University from 2012 to 2014. Earlier, they obtained an Honours Bachelor Degree of Science (H.B.Sc.) in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.

These include the SAS Certified Statistical Business Analyst Using SAS 9: Regression and Modeling, obtained in August 2020; SAS Certified Clinical Trials Programmer Using SAS 9, obtained in May 2020; SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9, obtained in February 2020; and SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 (CBP), obtained in November 2019.

Apart from these certifications, Jason also completed the GCP for Clinical Trials with Investigational Drugs and Biologics (ICH Focus) from the CITI Program in December 2021. Jason also has additional certifications such as the BioSkills Recognition Program from BioTalent Canada and courses like E-Business and Web Marketing and General Accounting - Level I from the University of Toronto. However, the months and years of completion for these particular certifications are not provided.
