Denisha Gunathas

Denisha Gunathas, CHRL, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Denisha is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at MedSpa Partners Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources at HelloFresh from July 2021 to April 2023. In this role, they were responsible for implementing HR strategies and programs to support business needs on a national level, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and more. Before joining HelloFresh, Denisha worked at KIK Custom Products as a Human Resources Manager from October 2017 to June 2019, where they were responsible for managing hourly non-union, hourly union, and salaried staff in Canada and the USA. Denisha also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at KIK Custom Products from March 2016 to October 2017. Prior to KIK, Denisha worked at Southwire Company as a Human Resources Specialist from January 2014 to March 2016, handling HR matters for over 500 employees across various locations. Denisha also has experience working as a Human Resources Team Member at Target in 2013.

Denisha Gunathas, CHRL completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management with Honours from York University in 2012. In 2015, they attended Sheridan College, although their specific degree is not mentioned.
