Kayla Kohanski

Kayla Kohanski has extensive experience in logistics and customer service, currently serving as a Training Service Coordinator, Flex Service Coordinator, Control Center Lead, and Dispatcher at MedSpeed since March 2016. In these roles, Kayla is responsible for routing hospital and doctor orders to drivers and third-party couriers, as well as locating missing products and collaborating with clients to resolve issues. Prior to joining MedSpeed, Kayla worked as a Customer Service Representative at Jason's Deli from August 2015 to April 2016, where responsibilities included providing exceptional customer service and managing food orders. Kayla holds a High School Diploma from Killingly High School, earned from 2004 to 2008.
