Mary Calabrese

Mary Calabrese, MSN, RN, currently serves as Senior Director of Learning Operations and Senior Director of Clinical & Experiential Learning at MedStar Health, where responsibilities include oversight of simulation training and education. Since September 2013, Mary has held the position of Director of Clinical Simulation Services at MedStar SiTEL, a healthcare education technology group within the organization. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences, where Mary oversaw a multidisciplinary simulation learning center, and as an educational consultant for various organizations. Early career experiences include staff development, cardiac rehabilitation, and intensive care nursing. Mary holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing with a focus on education from Alvernia University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Mennonite University.
