Leila Peeples MBA, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Leila began their career in 1998 as a Human Resources Generalist for Prudential. In 2004, they took on the role of Realtor for Keller Williams Realty. Three years later, in 2007, they transitioned to Human Resources Generalist for Iridium Industries. In 2011, they moved to Skytop Lodge as Human Resources Manager/Training & Quality Manager. Most recently, in 2014, they became the Chief Human Resources Officer for MedStar Mobile Healthcare.

Leila Peeples MBA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse educational background. Leila obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Capella University in 2014, and a Master's in Business Administration from the same institution in 2019. Additionally, they hold a SHRM-SCP certification from the Society of Human Resources Management, obtained in 2016. Leila has also obtained certificates from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, LinkedIn, and Smashfly, including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate in 2021, Improving Your Conflict Competence, Managing Up, Strategic Human Resources, and Time Management Fundamentals in 2017, and a Certified Transform Recruitment Marketer (CTRM) from Smashfly.
