Ricky H.

Ricky H. has worked in the healthcare industry since 1990. Ricky began their career as a Lab Technician at Bridgeport Community Hospital, where they worked as a phlebotomist and eventually became a weekend lab tech. In 1994, they began working as a Paramedic for Rural/Metro Corporation. Ricky then worked as a Teacher for Fort Worth ISD in 2000, and as a Science Teacher for Keller ISD from 2000-2005. In 1995, Ricky H. began working for MedStar Mobile Healthcare as a Paramedic, and was promoted to Medical Records Coordinator in 2005 and Medical Records Manager in 2016. In this position, they provide training in HIPAA compliance and documentation for all new employees, monitors the chart correction process, and facilitates records request to external clients.

Ricky H. received a B.S. in Biology/Education from the University of North Texas. Ricky then pursued a degree in Finance, General at Texas A&M University-Commerce from 2014 to 2016. Ricky also studied Biology at Baylor University.
