Erik Strömqvist

Erik Stromqvist has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Erik is currently serving as the Interim CEO of MedTrace Pharma A/S since January 2023, where they also hold the role of Styrelseledamot (Board Member) starting from October 2020. Erik was previously the Chairman of MedTrace Pharma A/S from May 2021 to January 2023.

Additionally, Erik Stromqvist is a Board Member at Atley Solutions and Studsvik since June 2021. Erik is also a Styrelseledamot (Board Member) at Celcibus AB since June 2020.

In their earlier career, Erik Stromqvist worked at Swiss Nuclides as the Chief Operating Officer from February 2021 to June 2021. Before that, they had a long and successful tenure at GE Healthcare from 2004 to 2020. At GE Healthcare, they served as the General Manager, Cyclotrons, leading the global cyclotron business, and later held the position of Global Engineering Manager Radiopharmacy. Erik was responsible for managing a team of more than 100 employees and overseeing more than 450 cyclotrons installed worldwide.

Prior to their time at GE Healthcare, Erik Stromqvist served as the Managing Director/Verkställande Direktör at GEMS PET Systems AB from 2005 to 2020. Erik started their career at GE as a Program Manager from 1999 to 2004.

Erik Stromqvist completed their MSc degree in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology from 1988 to 1994.
