David Epperly

David Epperly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technology management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Customer Success at MedTrainer and a Member Expert at Twill, David has held several leadership roles including Sr. Director of Customer Success & Support at Blackpoint Cyber and Director of Strategic Named Customer Success at Veracode. Prior experience includes significant positions at Red Canary, National Ground Intelligence Center, and the United States Department of Defense, where David contributed as a Futurist and Designer. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Management of Information Technology from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Virginia Military Institute.
