Following this, they enrolled in the Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2001, majoring in computer engineering. Ronald then pursued a degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator at the Computer Ed Institute from 2001 to 2003.

In terms of certifications, Ronald obtained the MCDST and MCP certifications in September 2009. Ronald has also completed various LinkedIn courses, including Leadership Foundations in October 2020 and Preventing Harassment in the Workplace in July 2023.
