Amarnath Chitumalla

Amarnath Chitumalla is a Principal Software Engineer at Medtronic since April 2014, specializing in software development and architecture for medical device ventilators. Previously, Amarnath held various engineering roles at Hewlett-Packard from August 2011 to March 2014, including Lead and Senior Software Engineer, and served as a Specialist Software Engineer at Toshiba Embedded Systems from September 2005 to August 2011. Amarnath completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, between 2000 and 2003, and earned a Diploma in DECE from S.E.S & S.N. Murthy Polytechnic College from 1996 to 1999. Further education was undertaken at the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, from 2003 to 2005.
