Gustavo Lage

Gustavo Lage is an experienced professional in operational excellence and transformation, with a diverse background in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. At Medtronic, Gustavo held positions including Sr. Director for both Operational Excellence and Transformation in Global Quality and Global Operations and Supply Chain, as well as Vice President of Operational Excellence for the Minimally Invasive Therapies Group, from December 2019 to May 2024. Prior to Medtronic, Gustavo served as Vice President of Continuous Improvement at Novanta Inc. and held multiple leadership roles at Raytheon Technologies, including Director of Operational Excellence in Aerospace. Additional experience includes management positions at Crane Aerospace & Electronics and Production Services Management Inc. Gustavo holds a Master of Science in Analytics from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.
