Humberto Najera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence & Training at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services, Humberto focuses on enhancing productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction through employee training and development. Previous roles include Senior Director of Business Process Integration at Alorica, where Humberto led key transformational initiatives, and Operational and Service Excellence Deployment Leader at Southern California Edison, responsible for a Lean Six Sigma initiative aimed at improving customer satisfaction. With a strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Humberto has held senior positions in organizations such as Baxter Healthcare, CareFusion, and Ansell Healthcare, achieving significant cost savings and improvements in operational performance.
