Jaime Benitez

Jaime Benitez is an experienced senior director in operations, currently leading the Cardiac Pacing Therapies operations strategy at Medtronic since January 2015. Responsibilities include coordinating a comprehensive product end-to-end plan across departments such as R&D, Finance, Marketing, and Quality, linking to manufacturing plants. Previously, Jaime held various senior engineering roles within Medtronic, including directing manufacturing technology and process development, overseeing new product introductions, and managing innovation teams. Earlier experience at Hewlett-Packard involved managing global engineering support for LaserJet and Enterprise Products. Jaime began a professional career at LifeScan as a senior reliability engineer and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and a Master's in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
