Jessica Welter

Jessica Welter is a seasoned legal and contract professional with extensive experience in clinical contracts and technology sourcing. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Clinical Contracts at Medtronic since June 2015, Jessica oversees the negotiation and drafting of various clinical agreements and budget analyses while liaising with clinical teams. Prior to this role, Jessica held positions at Thomson Reuters as a Corporate Attorney, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating technology-related contracts, and served as a Judicial Law Clerk at Anoka County Court House, conducting legal research and managing case operations. Additional experience includes roles as an Associate Attorney at Enno Law, focusing on small business formation and estate planning, and earlier positions as a Summer Associate and Legal Assistant. Jessica holds a BA in Psychology from UCLA and a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco.
