Joanne Hall

Joanne Hall has extensive experience in diabetes care and health service development, currently serving as the Diabetes Strategic Service Development Manager at Medtronic Diabetes since September 2009. In this national role, Joanne partners with the NHS to enhance capacity in diabetes healthcare delivery, specializing in digital triage systems and service planning for efficiency and sustainability. Previous positions at Medtronic include Senior Territory Manager and Territory Business Manager, where responsibilities encompassed sales structures, key account management, and coaching on diabetes outcomes. Prior to joining Medtronic, Joanne spent 17 years with the NHS as a Specialist Nurse in Critical Care and Diabetes, gaining critical nursing experience across various acute care environments. Joanne holds qualifications from Teesside University and the University of Sunderland, along with ongoing education in aesthetics from Derma Medical.
