Kate Chan

Kate Chan, MBA, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs, training, and quality management within the medical field. Currently serving as a Senior PACE Specialist at Medtronic since May 2021, Kate has led the Neurovascular Marketing Material Review and Approval Program and implemented process improvements through Adobe Workfront. Prior to Medtronic, Kate held the position of Training Specialist at Vyaire Medical, where multilingual curricula were developed to enhance global training effectiveness. Earlier roles include Assistant Director of Training and Quality Management Leader at COPE Health Solutions, and experience as a Health Scholar, providing patient care insights. Kate holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, along with a BS in Public Health Sciences and an Executive Program in Health Policy and Management from UCLA.
