Kelsey Wiedeman

Kelsey Wiedeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and design assurance, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Medtronic since May 2009. Kelsey's roles at Medtronic have included leadership positions in Advanced Manufacturing Quality Engineering, Design Assurance Engineering, and Supplier Quality Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed resolving technical inquiries in cryo-ablation procedures, training field service engineers, and managing cross-functional teams for production continuity. Kelsey has also contributed to supplier process and quality audits, fostering relationships with supplier senior management. Kelsey holds a Master of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University. Prior to Medtronic, Kelsey gained experience as a Research Assistant at Iowa State University and as a Marketing Representative for Red Bull.
