Lyndsey Fryer O'Connor

Lyndsey Fryer O'Connor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and leadership within the medical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving in Advanced Surgical Innovations at Medtronic since January 2023, Lyndsey previously held the position of VP of Enterprise Sales/Impact at FIGS, where contributions included developing impactful giving programs in collaboration with 501c3 organizations and academic institutions. Lyndsey also served as VP of Enterprise Teams at FIGS, overseeing a significant B2B portfolio. Previous roles include Surgical Territory Manager at Getinge North America, where success led to recognition in the Presidents Club, and positions at Smiths Medical and lululemon athletica focusing on sales management and team development.
