Marc De Martini is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the medical technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President Europe at Medtronic since June 2018, Marc has played a pivotal role in transforming operations within the Patient Monitoring and Respiratory Interventions units, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, as Vice President EMEA for Respiratory & Monitoring Solutions, Marc successfully navigated critical business challenges while expanding responsibilities across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Russia. With a foundational career at Covidien, Marc led significant transformations, including the formation of the Patient Monitoring & Recovery Business Unit. Marc’s early career included prominent roles at Johnson & Johnson, emphasizing sales, key account management, and marketing in the surgical division. Marc holds a degree from the European Institute of International Management.
