Molly Hines

Molly Hines currently serves as the Director of Global Talent Transformation & Employer Brand at Medtronic, a position held since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Moderna, where Molly worked as the Global Senior Programs Manager for Talent Technology from May 2021 to October 2023, and as a Senior Program Manager and Program Manager in Talent. At Mass General Brigham, Molly advanced through various positions in HR, Diversity & Inclusion from January 2018 to May 2021. Earlier career highlights include consulting as the Head of People Operations at Wellest Integrative Health and serving in public relations and marketing through roles at FleishmanHillard, Brodeur Partners, Argopoint LLC, and Weymouth Design. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing Communications from Simmons University and completed an International Business Program at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
