Nikoletta Chalioti

Nikoletta Chalioti currently serves as Finance Director for Medtronic, overseeing financial operations in Greece and the Benelux region since May 2018, where responsibilities include P&L management, compliance oversight, and strategic business partnerships for a $105 million sales organization. Prior to this role, Nikoletta held positions at Novo Nordisk as Finance Manager, where emphasis was placed on financial performance management and FP&A activities, and at Alcon, focusing on business planning and analysis. Nikoletta began a finance rotation program at Novartis International AG, gaining diverse experience in areas such as treasury, real estate analysis, and internal audit, along with an internship at Roche Diagnostics and the Bank of Greece. Nikoletta holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
