Nir Ofer

Nir Ofer has extensive experience in the field of robotics and mechanical engineering, currently serving as the Senior Robotics Group Manager at Medtronic since January 2019, where leadership is provided to a team developing next-generation surgical robotics platforms. Prior to this role, Nir held multiple positions at Mazor Robotics from July 2015 to March 2019, including Senior Robotics Team Leader and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. Nir's career also includes experience as a Mechanical Engineer intern at Hewlett-Packard and serving as a Satellite Ground System Officer in the Israeli Military Intelligence from September 2006 to September 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, also from Tel Aviv University.
