Rebecca Seidel

Rebecca Seidel is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the medical technology sector, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and President of Cardiac Ablation Solutions at Medtronic since August 2003. Seidel has held various leadership roles, including Vice President and General Manager for both Atrial Fibrillation Solutions and TYRX Infection Control, where responsibilities encompassed developing multi-year business strategies and managing substantial development portfolios. Prior to joining Medtronic, Seidel gained experience at NCS Pearson and McHugh Software, beginning their career at IBM as a Marketing/Sales Intern. Seidel holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Master's degree in Information Technology from Capella University.
