Rita Villa

Rita Villa holds extensive experience in financial management and cost accounting, currently serving as Senior Controller and Senior Cost Accountant at Medtronic since October 2022, where responsibilities include monthly reporting and budgeting activities. Previously, Rita was Senior Controller at HMC Group, involved in new software implementation and industrial control analysis from September 2021 to March 2022. Earlier positions include Treasury Manager at Socage, managing cash flow and financial needs, and a long tenure at CPL Concordia from November 1999 to January 2021, where Rita progressed from Assistant Director to leading budget and reporting functions. Rita Villa earned a degree in Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia between 1991 and 1999.
