Salvatore Spatola

Salvatore Spatola is an experienced process engineer specializing in the injection molding department at Medtronic since September 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Quality Assurance Intern and leading the Physical & Chemical Testing Laboratory at ELESA SPA, focusing on plastic materials technology. Salvatore has also served as a Product Specialist at Clariant Masterbatches Italia, where responsibilities included developing white product offerings and improving existing features. Additionally, Salvatore worked as a Project Manager with Lean Six Sigma expertise at Clariant, leading process improvement initiatives and previously as a REACH Specialist at Clariant Masterbatches. Salvatore holds a 2nd level Master's Degree in Polymeric Materials and Products for the Biomedical Sector from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, along with an Industrial Chemistry Degree from Università degli Studi di Milano.
