Skip Kiil

Skip Kiil is an accomplished executive in the medical device industry with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and President of Cranial and Spinal Technologies at Medtronic since December 2021, Skip oversees a diverse range of technologies and services. Prior to Medtronic, Skip held senior roles at Smith & Nephew as Executive Vice President and President of Global Orthopedics, and at NuVasive as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Alcon and Stryker, where Skip managed comprehensive operations across various global regions and product lines. Skip's educational background includes an MBA in Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Fullerton. A former professional baseball player, Skip transitioned into the medical field, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic growth and commercial operations.
