Tammy Mihailidis

Tammy Mihailidis is an accomplished technology and digital strategy leader with extensive experience in various executive roles. Currently serving as Vice President of IT for Cardiovascular and Operating Unit Apps at Medtronic since May 2021, Tammy previously held the position of Vice President of Digital Experience and Divisional CIO at Polaris Industries, where leadership was focused on Digital and Information Systems for multiple business units. Prior to that, Tammy served as Vice President of Omnichannel at Gander Mountain, overseeing digital retail and direct-to-consumer initiatives. A significant tenure at Best Buy involved several senior director roles, including Omnichannel Planning and Operations, and customer experience leadership. Earlier career experience includes a managerial position at Fingerhut Companies, focusing on IT and operations. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in International Business from the University of St. Thomas.
