Tania Lerner

Tania Lerner is currently a Senior Quality System Specialist at Medtronic, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Tania served as the Quality and Internal Control Manager at LAFAM from February 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included implementing and maintaining the ISO 13485 Quality Management System for medical devices and ensuring compliance through internal audits. Tania also has experience as Jefe de Calidad, focusing on quality management systems and continuous improvement. Earlier roles include Production Engineer at CASTEM COLOMBIA SAS, where Tania managed production stages and optimized processes, and an internship at Chevron, involving human resources projects and budget management. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Production Management and Process Improvement from Universitat de Barcelona, a Master's degree from OBS Business School, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Norte.
