Tiia Meuronen

Tiia Meuronen is a Senior Human Factors Engineer at Medtronic, with a robust background in human factors, usability, and product design. Previous roles include Human Factors Lead at Sanome, where Tiia guided usability and user research for a clinical co-pilot, and Senior Product Designer at Béa Fertility, contributing to the UK's first at-home fertility treatment. As a UX Designer at Voxly Digital, Tiia developed engaging voice experiences for children, while also serving as a UX Designer at ThirdEye Labs, where innovative user research methods led to actionable AI insights. Additional experience includes community support roles at Depop and Apple, management of student representation projects, and advocacy in education. Tiia holds an MSc in Human Computer Interaction from UCL and a BA in Media and Communications from Goldsmiths, University of London.
