Dominic Nayan, M.S. is a Human Factors Engineer at MITRE, where responsibilities include identifying, validating, and designing user requirements through human-centered design methods while prototyping technologies to enhance user experiences and human performance. Previous experience includes serving as UX Lead for Couchers.org, an international hospitality exchange initiative, and conducting research as a VR Research Assistant at Centre College, where involvement in conferences showcased expertise in virtual reality and social psychology. Dominic also demonstrated leadership and philanthropic skills as President of Sigma Chi Fraternity, receiving multiple awards for excellence, and has a solid foundation in coaching and counseling from various lacrosse and camp counselor roles. Dominic earned a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology with a focus on Human Factors from the University of Idaho and holds a degree in Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience from Centre College.
