Brooke Kratzer

Brooke Kratzer has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Most recently, they worked as a Client Services Representative at MedVet since June 2021. Prior to that, they were a Receptionist at COMMUNITY HEALTH NETWORK REHABILITATION HOSPITAL SOUTH, LLC from December 2020 to August 2021. In 2019, Brooke had two roles at YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, serving as an Information Services (IT) employee from February to March, and working as a Marketing and Communications Intern from May 2019 to February 2020. Before that, they were an Assistant Manager at Subway from January 2017 to February 2020, where they were involved in various tasks such as customer service and inventory management. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as an Education Intern at Cornerstone Center for the Arts from January to May 2019. Brooke's work history also includes a role as a UC Agent at Lifetouch, where they answered customer inquiries and resolved conflicts regarding photos and orders from August to December 2016. Throughout their career, Brooke has developed excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.

Brooke Kratzer attended Southern Wells Jr Sr High from 2011 to 2015. Brooke then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Photojournalism from Ball State University, where they completed their studies from 2015 to 2019.
