Heather Young has a diverse professional background starting as a receptionist and RVT at Riverside Drive Animal Care Center, then advancing to a Service Coordinator at Ohio State University Veterinary Medical Center. Heather transitioned to the corporate world as a Claims Adjuster at Embrace Pet Insurance before taking on a role as a QRA Manager at MedVet. With a degree in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician and Veterinary Assistant from Columbus State Community College, Heather has built a strong foundation in the veterinary and animal care industry.
