Roger V. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Roger started their career as an Electronic Engineering intern at CVG EDELCA, where they studied the structure of Bahia Control Units 210 of ABB for functional control of electric substations. Roger then worked at Simpla C.A. as an Electronic Engineer, where they studied the function and performance of Plastic Extrusion Units and designed a supervisory control and data acquisition system based on OPTO 22 for the extrusion process.

Roger then transitioned into a production role at O.K. Industries Inc, where they served as a Production Supervisor responsible for setting priorities and ensuring the safety, quality, and productivity of 15 production associates. Roger then joined Lowe's Home Improvement as a Maintenance Mechanic, where they executed both preventive and corrective maintenance in a large facility and mentored and trained new mechanics and personnel.

Afterwards, Roger joined Cardinal Health and held several roles. As a Manager of Operational Excellence, they implemented process improvements and optimized operational efficiency. Roger also served as a Manager of Inventory Management, accountable for the value stream between order placement and delivery to the warehouse, as well as the purchasing and expediting of generic pharmaceuticals. Additionally, they worked as a Project Engineer, focusing on engineering projects, and as a Maintenance and Compliance Supervisor, overseeing maintenance and compliance activities.

Most recently, Roger worked at MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets. Roger started as a Director of Operations and successfully collaborated with the clinical and administration teams to prioritize operations tasks and projects. Roger was responsible for procurement, purchasing, and inventory management for pharmaceuticals and supply items across 11 hospitals. Roger then progressed to the role of Vice President of Operations, where they continued to drive operational improvements and oversee overall operations processes.
