Claire Oosthuizen has extensive work experience in the field of education. Claire started their career as a History teacher and Head of Humanities at Medway Public Schools in 2010. In 2015, Claire founded the Themis Project, where they conducted research on boys' achievement and developed courses for other consultancies. Claire also worked as an Educational Researcher and Lecturer at Creative Education during the same period. Since 2018, they have been working as an Educational Researcher and Lecturer at Osiris Educational.
Claire Oosthuizen attended Canterbury Christchurch University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
