From 2007 to 2010, they were a QMS and Change Implementation Facilitator at Extreme Networks, where they worked with Corporate Quality Leadership to implement a cross functional QMS foundation within the organization and achieve ISO/TL Certification. In 2015, they were a Senior Special Projects Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison.
Marsha (Marci) Fones obtained a BA in Speech Communication from California State University, Fullerton and studied Communication, General at Brigham Young University. Marsha (Marci) also holds certifications in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor from RABQSA, Lead Auditor ISO 13485 - Medical Devices, Project Management from PCI Global Inc. Bottom-Line Management, and SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) from HR Certification Institute Society for Human Resource Management.
