Marsha (Marci) Fones

Marsha (Marci) Fones has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Change Management. From 1997 to 2010, they were the Director of Human Resources and Change Management at ABB Systems Control. From 2005 to 2010, they were the Senior Director of HR, Organization Development, Quality Improvement and Process Optimization at MFones Consulting. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Director of Human Resources and Federal Security Officer at Medweb, where they set up all strategic and tactical systems and dealt with Employee Relations, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation/Rewards, Organization Changes, Change Management, and Management Development. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Business Process Consultant at Pacific Biosciences, where they worked on Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation with a focus on all R&D processes, Risk Management (ISO 14971), Medical Device software (IEC 62304), and Usability Engineering (IEC 62366). From 2010 to 2015, they were a Business Process Optimization Consultant at Symmetricom (now Microsemi), where they were responsible for leading the development and improvement of key organizational processes. From 2007 to 2010, they were a QMS and Change Implementation Facilitator at Extreme Networks, where they worked with Corporate Quality Leadership to implement a cross functional QMS foundation within the organization and achieve ISO/TL Certification. In 2015, they were a Senior Special Projects Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison.

Marsha (Marci) Fones obtained a BA in Speech Communication from California State University, Fullerton and studied Communication, General at Brigham Young University. Marsha (Marci) also holds certifications in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor from RABQSA, Lead Auditor ISO 13485 - Medical Devices, Project Management from PCI Global Inc. Bottom-Line Management, and SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) from HR Certification Institute Society for Human Resource Management.
