Steven Osborne

Steven Osborne has over 18 years of experience in the U.S. Navy. Steven began their career in 2002 as the Principal Assistant for Logistics for the USS Harry S Truman, where they led 119 logistics personnel and managed a $87 million annual budget. Steven was then Assistant Supply Officer at Naval Air Station Jacksonville and Supply Officer at USS MAINE (SSBN 741). In 2010, they were selected for the Global Supply Chain Fellowship with The Home Depot, where they learned commercial best practices. From 2014-2017, they were Commander at U.S. Navy, Logistics Branch Chief at United States European Command, and Site Director at NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella. In 2019, they were Deputy Director Procurement at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), and in 2020 they became Director of Federal Business at Medweb.

Steven Osborne attended the United States Naval Academy from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in History. Steven then attended the Naval Postgraduate School from 2010 to 2011, where they earned a Master of Business Administration in Contracting and Acquisition.
